Define, maintain, and govern the Process Automation and Orchestration Architecture, including platform standards, integration patterns, design principles, and lifecycle management.
Develop and own the Process Automation Strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligned with enterprise digital transformation, cost optimisation, and operational excellence objectives.
Establish and enforce architecture, design, and development standards for workflows, orchestration, integrations, and reusable components.
Govern the usage, scalability, security, and performance of workflow platforms, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards.
2. Community of Practice & Capability Uplift
Lead the Process Automation Community of Practice (CoP) across markets and divisions,
driving consistent delivery methodology, knowledge sharing, and reuse of best practices.
Identify and drive capability uplift initiatives across skills, operating model, tooling, and
Serve as technical authority and SME for Process Automation platforms, including Kube Workflow.
Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support for complex workflows, orchestration
patterns, and integrations.
Ensure automation solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with enterprise
systems and data architecture.
6. Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with business stakeholders to continuously identify opportunities to digitise and improve existing processes.
Translate business needs into well-defined, sustainable automation solutions.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, standardisation, and reuse across automation initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale business process improvement and automation initiatives, with accountability for strategy, architecture, governance, and outcomes across multiple business units or markets.
Proven ability to translate business strategy into executable process automation roadmaps, delivering sustained operational efficiency, cost optimisation, risk reduction, and experience improvements.
Demonstrated authority in stakeholder relationship management at senior levels, influencing priorities, resolving competing demands, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and automation investment.
Strong business acumen, with deep understanding of Opportunity-to-Order (O2O) and Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) value chains, and the ability to redesign end-to-end processes for scale and standardisation.
High-level analytical and data-driven decision-making capability, using quantitative and qualitative insights to identify automation opportunities, prioritise demand, and govern benefits realisation.
Proven leadership in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments, setting direction, establishing common standards, and driving collaboration across markets, functions, and technology domains.
Operates autonomously with full accountability for outcomes, managing complex, concurrent initiatives and making informed decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Recognised technical authority with enterprise-level experience in workflow and process orchestration platforms; hands-on knowledge of Kube Workflow or equivalent platforms is a strong advantage.
Experience within the Automotive industry is advantageous, particularly where processes span retail, aftersales, finance, supply chain, and regional operations.
Background in a Consulting or advisory capacity is preferred, bringing structured problem-solving, executive-level facilitation, and value-led delivery disciplines.
